Refund policy

At Smooth Hair Australia, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and a high level of care in all our services and education. Please read our policy carefully before booking or purchasing.


Salon Services

  • If you are not satisfied with the result of your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue with a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.

  • In the rare case a smoothing treatment does not take as expected, we are happy to redo the service. However, if your hair is compromised due to previous bleaching, colouring, or damage, we reserve the right to decline reapplication if it may result in further damage.

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or results that differ from unrealistic expectations discussed during consultation.


Nanoplasty & Smoothing Treatments

  • These are high-performance services, and results vary depending on individual hair type, condition, and adherence to proper aftercare.

  • Refunds are not offered once the treatment has been performed.

  • Clients must follow the aftercare provided to ensure best results.


Training — Online & In-Person

  • All training purchases are final. No refunds are offered for online or in-person masterclasses, workshops, or Look & Learn sessions.

  • All training deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Please ensure you are ready to commit before booking. In-person sessions may be rescheduled once with 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.


Booking Deposits & Cancellations

  • All salon appointments and training sessions require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting the deposit.


Retail Products

  • Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind on retail purchases.

  • Faulty or damaged items may be exchanged within 7 days if returned unused and in original packaging.
